Who made the artworks on Kline Collective?

Kline Collective seeks to develop the careers of emerging artists on an international level. All artworks are hand-painted by local professional artists worldwide, including in Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, China, Australia, New Zealand, Tonga, and Japan.

Where are you located? Do you have a gallery?

We are located in Irvine, California. We used to have a gallery attached to our office. Due to our fast expansion, the gallery space is now used for the team office. We, therefore, do not have a gallery available at the moment. We also have satellite offices in Wyoming and Bangkok, Thailand.

 

To meet our customers' needs, we are proud to offer a wide range of domestically and imported artwork. As a US company, we ensure our product quality and all of our artwork meet U.S. customer and safety standards as well as compliance standards for California (typically the strictest standards in the U.S.).

Are all the artworks hand-painted?

Yes, absolutely! All our artworks are 100% hand-painted. Every order pays an artist and a framer. That’s why once you pay us for a new order, it takes time for our artists to finish their work. Please note that it is hand-painted; the color may vary slightly due to the hand-made nature of each painting.

Can I preview the artwork before it ships?

Absolutely! Minor changes are welcome to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the artwork. Once the artwork is finished, we will send you a photo and a video for your confirmation.

Custom size, color change, and modification

If you want to change the size or color of the artwork or personalize it by making minor changes, we welcome it. Email us at [email protected], and we will learn more about your requirements and create a custom order for you.

Framing options

We offer rolled canvas, stretched canvas, and framed options for all artwork sold on our site. All inner stretching frames are made of sustainably sourced wood.

The canvas float frame comes with all the accessories and suspension hardware installed, and there are reserved holes on the back of the frame. The canvas float frames are approximately 1.37" (35mm) deep on the inside and 1.37" (35mm) on the outside. They would stretch the canvas on a 1" deep stretcher bar and install it into the frames with hooks to hang it.

All you need to do is hang it on the wall. Currently, we offer four colors: black, white, wood, and golden. Please get in touch with us if you have a special request about the frame color. We will try to find the right look for the color you want.

Most people easily order rolled canvases when moving them for long distances, for example, overseas. A rolled or un-stretched canvas is just the canvas without the floating frame; it is delivered rolled and ready to be framed.

If you order with the framed option, the artist will frame the artwork for you locally. However, if some artwork has huge sizes (exceeding 78"/200cm), we can arrange a local framing service for you if you are in California or New York. For customers based in Thailand, we will frame the artwork for you in Bangkok.

How long does it take to finish my artwork?

It usually takes five days to finish the artwork, including painting and drying. However, please note that some artworks are more complex than others, and it might take up to 10 days to finish the whole painting process.

 

You don't have to worry about the time. We will keep in touch with you throughout the whole process.

What payment options are available?

You can make payments via debit or credit card, Paypal, and local payment options. We are also glad to offer 4 interest-free payments with our Buy Now, Pay Later options. The available channels include Klarna and Afterpay.

Are your prices inclusive of everything?

Yes. The prices already include shipping, import duties and sales tax.You do not need to pay extra. What you see is what you get. There are no hidden costs or fees. It’s all about excellent quality canvas art at great prices with zero fuss.

 

We pre-select to pay all shipping charges (and duties and taxes) when creating a shipment (on behalf of our customers/receivers of the goods), then the courier will outlay duties and taxes and charge it back to us (together with other customs-related charges, if applicable). This ensures no charges to receivers of goods.

Will I be able to track the progress?

Absolutely! We send you emails and all other information necessary during the whole process. From confirmation of your order to sending you a tracking number, we keep you in the loop.

 

Our team strives to answer your questions within 24 hours. If you have any questions, you can always feel free to ask us anytime.

When will my order arrive?

All our oil paintings are handmade. Therefore, it takes time for the artists to complete the work for you. Meanwhile, after the painting process is finished, there is a time for the drying process. Usually, it takes 5 to 10 days for your artwork to be finished. Once the drying process is complete, we will ship the artwork to you. It takes five days to ship from our warehouse to most destinations worldwide via our shipping partners. In total, we try to deliver your items within two weeks after you place an order with us, a maximum of three weeks for more complicated artwork orders.

 

*Please note that other factors are beyond our control, for example, the weather conditions, flight delay, customs inspections, etc. We will try to follow up with our shipping partners when there are special cases.

Damaged Items, Return and Refund

At Kline Collective, we always do our best to deliver a product that we hope you'll love, but should the item damaged in transit or you encounter some issues with the product, you have 30 days to return your item(s) for a refund or replacement. Absolutely! Yes. Drop us an email and tell us your request on the checkout page. We'll be glad to listen to you and assist you.

We work with architectural, landscape, and 3D designers, interior designers, real estate agents, and many other creative professionals to bring projects to reality. Our art consultation expertise includes residential, corporate, hospitality, retail, catering, and health facilities. A trade account, aimed at professional business partners, provides trade prices and special access to our website to assist with completing an entire project or ordering a single item.
