Who made the artworks on Kline Collective?

Kline Collective seeks to develop the career of emerging artists on an international level. For the handmade painting, all artworks are done by local professional artists from all over the world, including Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, China, Australia, New Zealand, Tonga and Japan.

For oil painting, are they all hand-made?

Yes absolutely! All our oil paintings are 100% hand-made. That’s why once you pay us for a new order, it takes time for our artist to finish their works. Please note that it is hand-painted, Color may slightly vary due to the hand-made nature of each painting.

Can I preview the artwork before shipping?

Absolutely! Once the artwork is finished, we will send you a photo and video for your confirmation. Minor changes are welcome so that we make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the artwork.

Can I customize the size of the painting?

Sure! Just send us an email or call us, we will create customized sizes for you.

What are the framing options available?

To encourage our customers to support the local frames, reduce shipping cost and reduce carbon footprints, we highly recommend our customers to order rolled canvas options. We offer stretched on canvas print and artwork with frames in some collections. It all depends on whether the artists are willing to assist you with the framing. Most people order rolled canvas for ease when moving them long distances for example overseas. A rolled or un-stretched canvas is just the printed canvas without the wooden frame, it is delivered rolled ready to be framed your a local framer or draped as it is without a frame.

How long does it take to finish my artwork?

It usually takes 5 days to finish the artwork, including the painting and drying process. However, please note that some artworks are more complex than others and it might take up to 10 days to finish the whole painting process. You don't have to worry about the time. We will keep in touch with you throughout the whole process.

What payment options are available?

You can choose to make payment by debit or credit card, Paypal and also different local payment options. We also accept bank transfer in different currencies. If you are in Thailand, we can also accept cash payment in our studio.

Are your prices inclusive of everything?

Yes. The prices include the shipping cost and VAT already. You do not need to pay extra. What you see is what you get, there are no hidden costs or fees. It’s all about great quality canvas prints at great prices with zero fuss.

When will you take payment for my order?

If you pay by debit or credit card, we will take payment on dispatch of your order. Paypal payments are taken on the date of your order confirmation.

When will my order arrive?

All our oil paintings are handmade. Therefore, it takes time for the artists to complete the works for you. Meanwhile, after the painting process is finished, there is a time for the drying process. Usually it takes 5 to 10 days for your artworks to be finished . Once the drying process is complete, we will ship the artwork to you. It takes 5 days to ship from our warehouse to most destinations in the world via our shipping partners. In total, we try to deliver your items within 2 weeks after you place an order with us, maximum 3 weeks for more complicated artwork orders. Please note that there are other factors that are beyond our control, for example, the weather conditions, flight delay, custom inspections, etc. But we will try to follow up with our shipping partners when there are special cases.

Damaged Items, Return and Refund

At Kline Collective we always do our best to deliver a product that we hope you'll love but should you change your mind or are not satisfied; you have 30 days to return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement. Yes. Absolutely! Just drop us an email and tell us your request on the checkout page. We'll be glad to listen to you and assist you.

Let me preface this by saying the level of craftpersonship of absolutely everything in this gallery was superb. The painting was executed with a superb amount of skill and care.

This is absolutely stunning as vast majority of subject matter is restricted to chocolate box (or student flat style) compositions of cartoons and NFTs… not quite what one would expect of modern art. No visual overload in this gallery. Just lovely!
