Upon placing an order, our designer will work on the digital rendering file for your reference, a process that typically takes about a week. This file will provide information about the overall design concepts, color schemes of the rug, as well as the weaving techniques employed. Upon your confirmation of the details, our artisans will commence the production of the rug tailored to your specifications.
Every custom rug is meticulously crafted using a cut pile tufting gun. Each throw and area rug from Kline Collective undergoes precise cutting to shape the pile and is carefully shaved down. This process enhances the vibrancy of colors and outlines, guaranteeing that our rugs are uniform, soft, and delightful to the touch.
After your rug is created, we’ll send you photos and videos of it. You will be able to see your rug before it is shipped.
Caring for Your Rug
Show your rug some care to maximize its lifespan.
IMPORTANT! Avoid using a brush head or a motorized power brush head on your vacuum cleaner. Opt for a flat head when vacuuming the rug.
Quickly address spills, regularly vacuum, and rotate rugs in high-traffic areas to prolong the life of your rug.

All rugs are shipped using DHL Express, FedEx or UPS Express. Express shipping is free for all rug pieces. The prices already include shipping, import duties and sales tax.

All rugs are shipped after quality inspection are completed. This process can take up to 25 business days. All rugs come with free 100% insurance coverage.

What's the lead time on a rug order?
All rugs are custom-made, and lead times may vary based on construction and design complexity.
Typically, the production process requires a minimum of 25 business days or 5 weeks. An additional 10 days are needed for transportation.
Every step is done entirely by hand so it cannot be rushed. Throughout the process, we will receive images from the weaving centres of your rug taking form – so we always send these on to you where possible.
If you have a special request deadline do let us know. Depending on the time of year we may be able to improve lead times significantly.
