- The canvas used is made of high-quality cotton weighing between 350 and 400gsm, suitable for museum standards.
- The shadow box floater frame comes in various color options.
- Each frame is individually crafted and assembled by hand.

Our creative team is primarily based in Europe and North America, so we mostly ship from North America or the European Union (good news: no import duties for US or EU customers), and occasionally from Asia. This ensures you receive the highest quality - not just the artwork, but the frame and the full service. Shipping is always free.
Framed paintings to North America are shipped via UPS or DHL Express. For Europe, shipments go through GLS, DPD, FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Rolled canvas paintings are shipped via FedEx or UPS Express. Express shipping is free for all paintings.
Each painting is meticulously handmade, requiring dedicated time and craftsmanship. The painting process takes approximately 14 business days, followed by 5–7 business days for drying, framing, and packing to ensure the highest quality. Once all stages are complete and the artwork passes our quality inspection, it will be shipped from our warehouse. The total fulfillment time is typically 25–30 business days, though it may be extended if revisions are requested. All paintings come with free, 100% insurance coverage.

After your painting is created, we’ll send you photos and videos of it. You will be able to see your painting before it is shipped.
Certificate of Authenticity
Our collection features unique, handcrafted artworks. As an added service for art enthusiasts, the artist will sign the back of the canvas at the bottom right and include a Certificate of Authenticity with your purchase.

Yes, of course! Our artist can create custom sizes (any size), colors (any color), and shapes (square, vertical, horizontal, wide, round).

Is the entire crafting of the paintings done by artists?
Yes. All paintings are 100% handmade by our artists. There is no printing involved in the process. Our artists only use highest-grade oil and acrylic paints.
Do the paintings come already framed?
Yes. If you buy your painting with a frame, it will arrived framed to your doorstep. The paintings are stretched and framed by professionals, and then shipped via insured express shipping. All for free.
What’s the largest size (for a framed piece) you can create?
We can work on very large sizes, up to 110", with express shipping available.

Do you ship to my country and how long is the delivery?
We ship worldwide free of charge. So, yes, we ship to your country!
We mostly ship from North America or the European Union (no import duties for US or EU customers), and sometimes from Asia.
After you place your order, the artist will start the painting process. Please understand that this part usually takes up to 4 weeks due to the painting and drying process.
Shipping is done with DHL express and usually takes up to 7-10 business days.
What if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your painting, contact us within 90 days of receiving the product, and we will offer you a refund*. Otherwise, you can request a redo completely free of charge.
