It arrived a bit later than expected. Having said that, it is all good. The color matches the preview video. The artist is very patient in understanding my requirements. They are also very quick in responding. My only complaint is that I don't like that they use DHL for framed art pieces. They mentioned it's because their framer is based in Thailand, so it's the only way to ship to the US, but DHL in the US is not very reliable. I hope they will consider using another shipping company.
